Anna is passionate about educating and empowering women to achieve their goals, helping them to feel confident and in control of their bodies. Over her 10 year career she has gained expertise in this specialised area managing bladder and bowel continence issues, prolapse treatment and prevention, sexual/pelvic pain, mastitis, musculoskeletal problems related to pregnancy and pelvic floor/post-natal rehabilitation. She delivers her knowledge via individualised treatments with empathy and a desire to improve the quality of life of all her clients.
Her time working in a maternity and gynaecological tertiary hospital in Melbourne has given Anna insights into managing acute and chronic health needs of women of all ages. She has sought opportunities for health promotion and education with student supervision and taking group education classes including Active Birth Skills. Having also consulted in private clinics, Anna is an experienced Pilates Instructor and can integrate this knowledge to optimise rehabilitation, ensuring women return safely to exercise.
When she isn’t working Anna enjoys staying active with rock climbing, dancing, cycling and cooking.
