Frankie has been doing Pilates for 18 years and made it a career 5 years ago ago moving from financial planning and business administration across several sectors.

She teaches Mat, Reformer and Clinical Pilates as well as Strength Training with 1:1 clients and finds blending both Pilates and weight training enables skill and strength progression from any starting point.

With clear, considered instruction you’ll achieve more than you thought you could and never feel left behind. Frankie will help you find the how of movements, so that you can make them your own. Her movement philosophy is openness. The right form of exercise is whatever will help a person to achieve what they’re looking for.

Outside of teaching Frankie is happiest with her family and friends spending time curating table settings for celebrations, hiking, camping or exploring a new class for fun.
