Mama Yoga

Mama Yoga focuses on building core strength, gentle stretches to release those aching muscles, and breath exercises and relaxation to release tension … all whilst your child plays or watches! Classes are suitable for all levels, including if you have no prior Yoga experience.

Bring your child’s favourite toy to entertain your child during your class.

We recommend an assessment from a pelvic health physio or clearance from your obstetrician or gynecologist before commencing any of our pre and postpartum exercise classes.
