Prenatal & Mama Yoga Instructor
Fiona has walked the yoga path for nearly 20 years, with yoga bestowing balance and flow in her life - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Fiona’s experience and practices with Yoga includes Ashtanga (strong flow), Hatha, Yin and Restorative, meditation and Yoga Nidra, and is ever constantly evolving with continual education and study. Fiona has been a Yoga instructor since 2010, and with her knowledge, creates classes to fit her students’ levels and needs – from adults of all ages and levels, as well as particular audiences like babies, kids, special needs, pre and post-natal and trauma informed. Fiona especially likes to focus on educating her clients / students with becoming body aware so that they can carry this knowledge with them everywhere – on the mat and off.
