Join others in a group fitness class of up to 8 conducted by a Physiotherapist. This class will be held in the stables and will be a mixture of group exercises and circuit class. Exercises will target strength, core stability, low impact cardio fitness, coordination and balance utilising equipment including dumbells, therabands, fitballs, aerobics step and barre.
