Join others in a group fitness class of up to 8 conducted by a Physiotherapist. This class will be held in the stables and will be a mixture of group exercises and circuit class. Exercises will target strength, core stability, low impact cardio fitness, coordination and balance utilising equipment including dumbells, therabands, fitballs, aerobics step and barre.

    Hatha Yoga classes are taught by our resident Myotherapist. With her extensive knowledge of the human body and anatomy Deanna focuses on correct technique. She is able to modify exercises in our small group classes. Her classes are suitable for those with injuries that are ready to get back to exercise or for the seasoned yogi.
