Pre and postnatal

Pregnancy and motherhood can be a challenging time for a woman’s body. If you are pregnant or have recently had a baby physiotherapy can help with a variety of symptoms including;

Throughout the year we offer pre and postnatal exercise classes several times weekly. These Physio led classes are designed to help you exercise safely during pregnancy and get you back into shape after the birth of your baby. The exercises given are centered around pelvic floor, strength and mobility.

Childbirth education and instruction on the use of TENS (drug free pain relief option for birthing mothers) are also offered at Inform Physiotherapy.
