Barre

Barre Classes are a full body, low impact, high intensity workout that fuses the best elements of Pilates, ballet and strength training for a truly unique and fun experience. Be prepared to feel like you’ve had a workout. Beginners are more than welcome.

Sessions are 60 minutes and are available throughout the week.

If you have Private Health Insurance with Physiotherapy extras, claims can be made with most Health Insurance funds for Group Exercise Classes.
