Mat Pilates

Pilates in a word is exercise. More accurately it is a body conditioning exercise program that focuses on developing a strong core to help with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and fitness. Pilates is suitable for all ages and abilities.

At Inform Physiotherapy and Pilates we offer Group Mat Pilates classes. The groups are small of up to 8 people so that our Physiotherapist trained pilates instructors can supervise your movements and provide feedback or modify exercises accordingly. Props such as fit balls, resistance bands, magic circles, rollers and hand weights are used in the class to add variety. Classes can be booked on a casual basis or as a pack of 10. No prior assessment is required but bookings are essential.
